To impart education, general as well as technical, and prepare students for appearing for all examinations conducted by the Universities, Government, quasi-Governmental and statutory bodies and other recognised institutions.

While conforming to the syllabus prescribed for every one of the examinations mentioned in Para
(1), to lay greater emphasis on National
values of education and to see that the pupil, develops not only intellectually but also morally and culturally.

To start and run other similar auxillary or allied or supplementary institutions in Visakhapatnam and other places.

To spread and popularise SANSKRIT.
5.
To affiliate other institutions with similar objectives.
